We have built a vast infrastructure unit at Delhi that is equipped with hi-tech machines and tools required to carry out hassle-free operations. This unit is segregated into various departments like production, in-house designing, research & development and quality control for streamlining the functioning. The manufacturing unit is spread over a sprawling area and is installed with advanced machines such as:

The warehouse at our infrastructure is capacious and thus enables us to store bulk products with ease and make the categorization process more convenient. Since products are stored in an organized manner in this warehouse, easy retrieval is ensured.

For effective and safe storage of Mats, we have developed a spacious warehouse, which is sprawled over a large area. For the facility of easy storage, we have divided the warehouse into different sections. We have also installed various fire safety equipment in our warehouse to deal with unforeseen situations. All activities in our warehouse are managed by experienced supervisors.

Our organization also pays due importance to the packaging of products. We use superior quality packaging material for this purpose. Proper packaging prevents the products from getting damaged during transit.

Our manufacturing unit is bifurcated into various departments such as administration, production, R&D, quality control, packaging, and storage. Further, we also make use of inventory management system to maintain systematic functioning in our manufacturing unit. Our manufacturing unit houses an in-house design unit to develop and innovate better Products like wrestling mats, judo mats, karate mats, interlocking mats, yoga mats & accessories, flooring solutions etc.

The entire production and post production processes are carried out by our experienced professionals. They are well aware of industry requirements and help us in achieving the same with their meticulous efforts.
